Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that grow our brand, generate leads, and retain customers. You will work alongside our content and sales teams to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Own SEO strategy — keyword research, on-page optimisation, link building.
  • Create and send email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp / HubSpot.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across key platforms.
  • Analyse campaign performance and report on KPIs weekly.
  • A/B test landing pages and ad creatives to improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
