About the Role
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to shape the look and feel of our digital products. You will own the design process end-to-end — from user research and wireframes to polished Figma prototypes and design system components.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
- Maintain and evolve our design system and component library.
- Work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation.
- Present design decisions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
Requirements
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience for digital products.
- Expert-level Figma skills including auto-layout, components, and variables.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process.
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
